Good Basic Introductory Course on Foot Fitness

Decent introduction to foot exercises for strength and agility. I was familiar with most of the routines from postings by health practitioners on their YouTube channels. The procedures could have been condensed into one extended video. Still, having short chapters retains viewer interest.
