Befitting its name, we hope Tapak Barefoot Flip-Flops 1.5 enables your feet to step freely and naturally while bringing out their inner strength. #almostbarefoot
We equipped this pair of sandals with some improvements features:
- Firmer Foam: Denser and firmer foam would let you feel a sense of even more barefoot feel, and more durability. Just like a firmer bed that is good to your posture, so is a firmer (barefoot) sandal.
- GentleFeel Strap: Made from the same thread as soft as underwear, the strap would feel so soft and light, that you forget you are wearing sandals. With addition pattern, a symbol of continuous improvement, to be closer to perfection.
- Clock: And of course, the stronger clock sandals let you jump, run, and walk free!
- Renewed Rubber Outsole: New compound is formulated to serve you with the more abrasion-resistant outsole. Because we want to walk (and run) longer with you.

I was looking for something to use in a similar fashion to Crocs... walking on surfaces that are too rough for bare feet but need more support than thongs. I wanted water-friendly sandals, because we have a few creek crossings in our area. These are perfect.

The sandals are great. The link across the back of the heel is a little bulky at the joints though and therefore rubs a little.
Too small. Despite me taking advice of another person’s review comments and ordering a larger size than I would normally, my order was still too small for me. I contacted the supplier to request an exchange, noting I’d be a happy to pay in the difference as sandals are no longer on sale. It seems sandals were ‘Warehouse clearance’, even though that isn’t noted on my order docket. And I now can’t return them.
Noting these sandals are currently available for purchase on the website - so not sure how my purchase was a warehouse clearance.
Disappointing waste of money.
I’ve worn these all day at work, walking into town and bushwalking. Very comfy. Sizing is a little small so if I’m doubt, go up. Great product for a great price.
