Do you accept returns?
Yes! We understand it can be tricky to get the size and fit right, so we are happy to accept returns (in original condition) within 30 days for a refund.
I ordered the wrong size – can I exchange them for the right size?
Due to limited availability, exchanges are not possible. We ask that you place a new order for the correct size via the website and we will refund the returned pair once they are received back.
Can I return items shipped from Europe?
Yes! Return items that were shipped from Europe are all returned to us in WA.
Do you have a physical shop front?
We are completely online at the moment. However, we would love to open a storefront and are looking into options. We would be based around Margaret River, WA.
How do you measure your foot correctly?
There are lots of different ways we can measure both shoes and feet. We all have different shape feet and the volume is different which affects the fit. We have shared a video on our Instagram page HERE which shows the best way we recommend to measure for foot. Most size charts will give you the measurement of the shoes insole - so you'll need to add around 1cm to get the correct size.
